The Downtown Grille

Currently my go-to spot for sipping a martini at the end of a bar alongside fries and an audacious Caesar Salad. This is probably the restaurant doing upscale and seasonal food the best in Winston-Salem.

It's kind of an odd location in the lobby of an office building, but don't let that stop you. They also have a great patio.
